- Personal Care: Our Personal Care plan combines our Companion Care services along with home care assistance to help those who may need a little more support around the house. Our caregivers can assist with safe bathing and showering, preserving ones self image by providing good hygiene assistance as well as supporting them during grooming and dressing activities, hands on assistance with ambulation to prevent falls in the home or transfer between bed, chair or toileting, assistance with feeding and hydration in accordance with your nutrition and dietary regimen, and reminder services to include reminding them of medications, dates, appointments and routines.
- Companion Care: Companion or sitter services include transportation and escort services, meal preparation along with serving meals according to the clients dietary needs, household task essential to cleanliness and safety after bathroom and kitchen use, and safe utilization of assistive devices such as walkers, canes, and hoyer lifts. Companion sitters can also provide daily check-ins, laundry, companionship, conversations to help prevent loneliness, isolation and assist with hobbies/activities such as reading, playing games and going for walks.
- Specialized Care: Families caring for a loved one with an advanced medical condition often times feel overwhelmed. Whether your suffering from Alzheimer’s, Dementia, mental illness, acute injury, severe disability, our specialized care plans combine all the benefits you need.
- Respite Care: Often known as a short-term stay, is an excellent alternative for seniors who wish to give their regular caregivers a break, rehabilitate from surgery or other medical complications. Our Respite Care Services include: assisting with necessities of daily living, promoting awareness of home safety, and maintaining daily routines.
